  • Checks will be accepted only from established clients of 6 months or more.
  • There is a $25 returned check fee
  • Products will be accepted for exchange or credit only within 1 week of purchase. Receipt must be presented.No returns on accessories.
  • 48 hours notice is required for cancellation. If you are late for your appointment and the service can not be performed, full cost of service must be paid.
  • Laser Hair Reduction/Laser Genesis Cancellation: During your laser consultation, cancellation policy will be reviewed.
  • Please notify us if you are a diabetic or if you are currently using Retin A, antibiotics, Accutane or if you are under a physician's care for illnesses that may affect your treatment at The Skin Studio.
  • Products are generally good for one year from the date of purchase. However, this is not a guarantee, since many factors such as; how products are stored and other environmental contamination can affect the integrity of any product. It is recommended that products be stored in a cool place at all times.
